Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

Betty Crocker-ish

  • 1 1/2 c - 2 tbs (164g) Flour
  • 2 tbsp (25g) White sugar
  • 1/4 c (45g) Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Milk powder
  • 1/2 c (80g) Chocolate chips
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 2/3 c Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, including chocolate chips. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, oil and water. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Whisk just until combined. 

Yield: 24 mini muffins
