Easy Pork Chop Dinner
Scofield Cookbook (1989-Jerry really likes)
- 2-4 pork chops
- S & P to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2-3 potatoes, peeled and sliced medium
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 c warm water
- 1 pcks (3/4 oz) brown gravy mix
Season chops with S & P; brown in butter in electric skillet. Remove chops. Put potatoes and onions in skillet; place chops on top. Combine water and gray mix, pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 min.
