Beef and Noodles
- Shredded beef
- Egg noodles
- 2 Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 4 tbsp Flour
Boil egg noodles in salted water.
For gravy, melt butter in saucepan. Whisk in flour and cook for a minute. Stir in water, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Whisk until thick and bubbly. Turn off heat and whisk in sour cream. Add salt if necessary. Stir in beef and noodles.
