Korean Beef

- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lb 93/7 ground beef
Sauce
- 6 tbsp (102 g) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (28 g) rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp (9 g) sesame seeds
- 1/2 c (100 g) brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Brown beef in sesame oil.
Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients. Add sauce to beef and cook until bubbling. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
