Deb's Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookies

- 113 g Softened Butter
- 25 g Granulated Sugar
- 25 g Sugar in the Raw
- 165 g Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Table Salt, overflowing
- 220 g Flour
- 220 g Semi-Sweet Choc. Chips
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, mix together butter and sugars with a rubber spatula. Add egg and vanilla, mixing thoroughly. Add baking soda and salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Mix in flour and stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough out onto silpat lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Bake cookies for about 9-10 minutes. Don't overbake!
Yield: 16 regular sized cookies or 6 1/4 pound cookies
