Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1/2 c (113 g) Softened butter
- 1/2 c (100 g) White sugar
- 1/2 c (100 g) Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 c (125 g) Flour
- 2/3 c (55 g) Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 225 g Semisweet chocolate chips
Mix together butter and sugars. Stir in egg and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and cocoa powder. Add to butter mixture with milk. Mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into balls. Chill for at least 3 hours before baking.
Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
