Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies

  • 85 g Butter, softened (6 tbsp)
  • 50 g White sugar
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 125 g Peanut butter
  • 25 g Egg (1/2 an egg)
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 90 g Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 8 oz Bag Butterfinger Bits

Mix butter and sugars together until creamed. 

Stir in egg and vanilla. 

Stir in peanut butter. 

Stir in baking soda, baking powder and salt. 

Stir in flour. 

Stir in Butterfinger bits. 

Bake at 350.
