Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 164 g Flour
- 25 g White sugar
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 15 g Cocoa powder
- 1 Egg
- 60 g Oil
- 163 g Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 85 g Chocolate chips
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Add dry to wet. Gently mix until batter comes together. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Yield: 2 dozen mini muffins
