Volumetric

  • 3 1/3 c flour, high protein
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c water
  • 1/4 c Oil

Metric

  • 400 g flour, high protein
  • 10 g salt
  • 260 g water
  • 50 g oil

In kitchen aid with paddle attachment, mix all ingredients until dough comes together.  Roll into a log, then pinch off 8 sections of dough. Roll out.
