Tortillas

Volumetric
- 3 1/3 c flour, high protein
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c water
- 1/4 c Oil
Metric
- 400 g flour, high protein
- 10 g salt
- 260 g water
- 50 g oil
In kitchen aid with paddle attachment, mix all ingredients until dough comes together. Roll into a log, then pinch off 8 sections of dough. Roll out.
Yield: 8
