Baked Chicken and Rice

- 5 c Chicken broth
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Melted butter
- 1/4 c Grated raw onion
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 c Long grain white rice, uncooked
- 20 oz Tyson frozen pulled chicken breast, thawed
Pour the melted butter into a 13x9 inch casserole dish. Whisk in the flour, seasonings and a little of the liquid. Add the remaining liquid and onion and mix thoroughly. Stir in rice. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15-25 minutes longer. Stir in chicken during the last few minutes.
