Chicken Patties

1 1/2 lb Chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces
2 Eggs
1/4 c Grated raw onion
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 c Shredded mozzarella
1 tsp Ranch seasoning
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
Black pepper
2/3 c Flour

Mix together all ingredients except chicken and flour. Add chicken and flour and stir to combine. If mixture is too wet, add more flour.

Drop large spoonfuls into hot oil to fry. Fry on both sides until crispy.
