Sesame Chicken

Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless thigh meat, cut in pieces
Sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
In a microwave safe bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients together. Microwave, whisking occasionally until sauce bubbles and thickens. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbs oil in a skillet and add chicken. Season with salt. Cook and stir over medium high heat until just barely cooked through. Turn heat to low. Add sauce. Coat chicken and Let simmer for a couple minutes so the sauce gets sticky and coats the chicken well.
