Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

  • 1/2 (145 grams) 10.5 ounce can of Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c Sour cream or 1/4 c cream and a squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c (180 grams) Shredded chicken
  • 1/2 (88 grams) 6 ounce box of Stuffing
  • 1/2 + 2 tbs. Hot water
  • 1 tbsp Butter

In a casserole dish, stir together cream of chicken and sour cream. Stir in chicken. In a saucepan on the stove, heat together water, butter and stuffing until butter is melted and stuffing is moist. Spoon on top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes.
